Since we are a new group, some rules may change and more will be added.

- No website? No Problem! You don't need a website to scrapbook, so therefore shouldn't need one to join our group! Have a website? Let us know and we'll post it in our links section. Even, Yahoo 360, MSN, & Scrapbook.com websites welcome. Everyone can come to visit you then!

- Active Participation is requested. If you don't feel you can handle the load, feel free to go digest. We will do a roll call every 6 months. If you do not answer this roll call, you will be put on special notices to relieve you of email volume during your absence. If you have 2 no response roll calls, please note that we will have to remove you from the group. Once you feel you're able to join the group again, please feel free to reapply. We understand that life comes first, even before scrapbooking (shocker!!!), so if you need to take a leave of absence, please let one of the moderators know and we'll put you on special notices. Take your time & rejoin us when you feel able to keep up with the messages.

- We're a NICE, NO DRAMA group, so no flaming. You must respect others political & religious beliefs of others. If you flame someone you will be banned, no questions asked. We understand that people will scrap about their religious & politcal beliefs, but these will not be discussed in this group. Please respect one another and we'll all get along great.

- There is no “sharing” of digital kits, fonts, e-cuts, or other items. If the item is free, please send through the link instead and let everyone go to the site and get it.

- Not everyone scrapbooks the same or uses the same products or style, so please respect others’ scrapbooking preferences. We don't want to hear about how inferior a scrapbook company is to others or how you don't like digital. All email programs come with this nice little button called the delete button. If you don't like something in someone's email, delete it. Don't respond, just get yourself away from the problem. If my 3 & 4 year old children can do this, so can you!

- The Croppin’ Club has a message board in the member’s area.

- We will occasionally run games, swaps, challenges, or contests. These are optional and you’re not required to participate, but it is encouraged.

- We support scrapbooking, stamping, paper crafting consultants, and small business owners. There is a section for advertisements in the members’ area, so please feel free to take advantage of this service and also our weekly ad day. (Please do not only post ads and not messages in the group. This will be considered abuse and you will be deleted.)

IMAGES IN EMAILS (added Feb 23, 2007)

- Some members may be on dial up and in order to keep download times to a minimum, there will be no layouts, photos, or images sent as attachments or in the body of the emails sent through the group. There are SO MANY free galleries out there and all you have to do is post your layout, photo, or image in one and then send in the link in your message. This way everyone can see the layouts and not hamper with download times for group mail since we tend to be creating a LOT of email.

- Signature graphics are permitted as long as they are small in size and there aren't too many of them.

- Another thing... Please do not send your emails to the group using IM Letters. Although pretty, they can add quite a bit of size to the email.
